Call for Volunteers for WWW’25

Students are invited to participate in WWW’25 as part of the volunteer program, in which they will receive complimentary registration to the conference (five-day pass). Any full-time university student, at any level, may apply to join on as a volunteer (irregardless of if they have an accepted paper at the conference or workshops).

Interested applicants should provide the following details when applying for a volunteer position:

• Name, Affiliation and current degree/position
• Whether they are currently or will be in Sydney during the dates of WWW’25
• Whether they have access to a personal laptop which they would be comfortable utilising to record sessions (a webcam will be provided to them)
• A letter of support from their supervisor/head of department

Deadline for Applications: 10th of April, 2025

We will notify successful volunteers after this date.

Please note that for accepted papers for WWW’25, registering as a volunteer will not waive the required full registration for the paper to be presented at the conference. Additionally, the volunteer registration will not include a ticket to the banquet dinner.
